How much work will I need to do?

You'll connect your accounts, provide the information needed to get started, and answer questions when a transaction needs clarification. Statements download automatically, and we take care of the bookkeeping. You can respond through the phone app, your computer, or email.

Can I talk with my accounting team?

Every plan includes email and portal messaging. Existing clients can request a one-on-one meeting through the client portal for $49, lasting up to 60 minutes. Monthly packages do not include phone support or meetings.

What if my books need cleaned up or caught up?

Historical cleanup and catch-up work are scoped and quoted separately before your regular monthly service begins. Payroll processing, bill payment, invoicing, sales-tax filings, and complex inventory or job-cost accounting also require separate scope and pricing.
